Lead magnet sign-up forms
When you enter your name and email to download a free guide, your data is collected via our email marketing platform (MailerLite or Mailchimp). You will receive a confirmation email before being added to our mailing list (double opt-in).
Calendly booking forms
When you book a free 15-minute call or a paid service, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking notes. Calendly is a third-party platform with its own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy.
Direct email contact
If you contact us at info@reclaimit.org.uk, we will retain your correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to your query and for our records.
Website cookies and analytics

Please note: unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect our ability to contact you about a service you have purchased or a booking you have made. We may still contact you regarding your case or administrative matters related to your service.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our business:
MailerLite / Mailchimp — Email list management and delivery of free guides. Data shared: name and email address. Location: EU / USA (Standard Contractual Clauses in place).
Calendly — Booking management for calls and services. Data shared: name, email, booking notes. Location: USA (Standard Contractual Clauses in place).
Google Tag Manager / Analytics — Website analytics using anonymised usage data. Location: USA (Standard Contractual Clauses in place).
Webnode — Website hosting platform. Data shared: standard web server logs. Location: EU.
Stripe (via Calendly) — Payment processing. We do not hold card data. Location: USA (Standard Contractual Clauses in place).
We may also disclose your data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

- We do not store payment card details — all payments are processed by Stripe via Calendly
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.

Our website contains links to third-party websites including the Financial Ombudsman Service, Action Fraud, the FCA, the ICO, and Calendly. This privacy policy applies only to reclaimit.org.uk. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
12. Children's data
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at info@reclaimit.org.uk and we will delete it.
